Brunetti offers many varieties of special occasion cakes. Cakes are made fresh by
the order and are guaranteed to look and taste fabulous. Below are photos of just
a few.
Our wedding cakes are true masterpieces. They can be decorated in many ways using
combinations or fresh flowers, chocolate flowers, soft chocolate wrap ,hearts or
angels. There are also many choices available for the inside of your wedding cake.
You may choose our mouth watering mud cake, sacher torte or fruit cake, opera cake,
and torta di arancia. Our croquembouche and profiterole cakes are also very popular
and make a spectacular wedding cake.
Most of our wedding cakes commence at $6.30 per portion and below are samples of
wedding cake styles we make.
Bride & Grooms.
Bride and Groom figurines are available to order as an addition to your Wedding Cake. Bring in a photo of yourself and your partner, and have a figurine set custom made to look just like you!

Cake is wrapped with white chocolate and decorated with gold hearts and angels.
Other colours are available. This photo displays a double two and three tiered cake
and serves 100 portions. For this design we recommend a maximum of 60 portions.

Cakes are decorated with a white chocolate sash and ribbon around the side with
white chocolate cones on top. This photo displays a three tiered cake, each separate
on a swan stand and serves 80 portions. For this design we recommend a minimum of

Cake 12.
Cake is made of profiteroles stacked in a pyramid shape, filled with zabaione cream
and topped with chocolate ganache. Cake is decorated with fresh roses around the
base. This photo displays a profiterole cake serving 25 portions. For this design

Cakes are decorated with white chocolate sash and ribbon around the side, and white
chocolate cones on top. This photo displays a 2 tiered cake, each separate on a

Cakes are decorated with a white chocolate sash and ribbon around the side with
white chocolate cones on top. This photo displays a 3 tiered cake each separate
on a 3 tiered stand and serves 80 portions. We recommend a minimum of 40 portions.

Cake 15.
Cake is called ‘croquembouche’ and is made of profiteroles stacked in a pyramid, filled with zabaione cream
and topped with toffee. Cake has strawberries around base as well as sugar flowers scattered around cake.
This photo displays a croquembouche serving 50 portions. Each portion is made up of 3 profiteroles. For this
design we recommend a minimum of 30 portions. Price varies from$4.50 to $6.30 per portion.

Cake is decorated with white rectangular chocolate pieces around the side with chocolate cones on top tier. This double tier cake is decorated with white mattered chocolate sash and chocolate curls. The flowers on this cake are Phalaenopsis Orchids, Green Anthuriums, Magnolia Leaves and Doddi Vine. The only available filings for this cake are: Mud Cake, Fruit cake, Sacher Torte,flourless orange cake.

3 single tiers masked in an ivory buttercream. This photo displays silver confetti around each base. Upon request a coloured butter cream of your choice can be piped around the base.
Priced at $6.30 per portion with the minimum size of 43 portions. Any extra cake required is to be made as a side cake. Flowers comprise of White Antheriums, Oriental Lilies, and Dodi Vine.

This two double tiered cake is decorated in dark and white drizzled chocolate and is finished with flowers. The flowers used are white oriental lilies, lotus pods, cinnamon sticks, twisted willow, Rufus leaves, and doddi vine . The oriental lilies are also available in pink. This cake is masked with butter cream, leaving a mattered effect. This cake is available in one size only. Any extra can required is to come as a side slab. This cake is 58 portions. (35 portion, 15 portion, 8 portion)

Cake 25.
The Brunetti Croquembouche is filled with zabaglione cream drizzled in toffee. This cake is finished with 3 bunches of Emmanuel Roses.
This Croquembouche is displayed on a stand that is only available for a 30 portion size. Therefore the shards of toffee displayed can only be created on this stand. This size only requires 3 bunches of wired roses with colour choices available.
