Our Famous Cakes
Brunetti offers up to 45 varieties of traditional European celebration cakes decorated
in a variety of spectacular ways to make your cake a true centrepiece for any party.
Our creations are endless and tantalising and are guaranteed to send your taste
buds to heaven.
Creams used in our cakes include chantilly & zabaione or our traditional vanilla
or chocolate custard. Our cakes can be made with a sponge base, millefoglie base
(french puff pastry) or by piling fresh custard or cream filled bigne up onto a
cone creating a sensational croquembouche. A variety of fruits, nuts, creams, bases,
liqueurs, coffee, chocolate and toffee are available in our cakes to create a unique
and delicious result for any function. We also offer a selection of flourless cakes.

How to Order
With a multitude of fillings and flavours available, you may like to give a little
thought and planning to your cake to ensure you are absolutely delighted on the
day. Our cake consultants will be happy to spend time with you either in person
at Brunetti where you can look through our photo catalogue and also see some of
our endless creations or, on the phone, if you haven't the time to come to Carlton.
Delivery Service - For those who are
even more time-pressed, why not consider our cake delivery service? For a small
charge we can deliver your Brunetti Cake Creation straight to your door, or to your
planned function. We deliver to anywhere within the Melbourne metropolitan area
- so if you are visiting this website from afar and have friends or family in Melbourne
- what better way to surprise them on a special occasion!

How to order Celebration Cakes
To order any special occasion cake different from our regular celebration cakes,
you will be required to contact Brunetti in Carlton. Only standard celebration cake
orders can be taken from our City Square and Camberwell stores.

place an order with one of our staff. Please note: You are required to collect your
cake from the location it is ordered from.CONTACT US

Appointments are available Monday to Friday before 2pm or on the weekends before 11am. Please be aware however, cake appointments are only available at our Carlton store.

To order a special occasion cake different from our standard designs, you will be
required to contact Brunetti in Carlton. Only standard celebration cake orders can
be taken from our City Square and Camberwell stores.

How to order a Wedding Cake
To order a Wedding Cake different from our standard designs, you will be required
to contact Brunetti in Carlton. Only standard celebration cake orders can be taken
from our City Square and Camberwell stores. Brunetti is very interested in creating
cakes different to their own so if you have a special idea for your wedding cake
present us the idea, we may be able to help you!
We highly suggest you CONTACT US at Brunetti Carlton
to organise a one on one appointment to talk to one of our cake consultants, and
pastry chef. Orders can be taken over the phone or fax to us at:(03) 9347 9281,
however we highly suggest you visit us to review your decoration options.
