Brunetti offers many varieties of special occasion cakes. Cakes are made fresh by
the order and are guaranteed to look and taste fabulous. Below are photos of just
a few.
Our wedding cakes are true masterpieces. They can be decorated in many ways using
combinations or fresh flowers, chocolate flowers, soft chocolate wrap ,hearts or
angels. There are also many choices available for the inside of your wedding cake.
You may choose our mouth watering mud cake, sacher torte or fruit cake, opera cake,
and torta di arancia. Our croquembouche and profiterole cakes are also very popular
and make a spectacular wedding cake.
Most of our wedding cakes commence at $7.00 per portion and below are samples of
wedding cake styles we make.

Cake 1.
Cake is decorated with white chocolate textured wrap with fresh roses on top and draping down and around the cake. This photo displays a double two and three tiered cake and serves 100 portions. For this design we recommend a minimum of 60 portions
This cake is only available with the following options: Mud Cake, Flourless Orange Cake, Sacher Torte, Opera, Fruit Cake.

Cake 2.
This cake is decorated with ivory Palletted buttercream, and finished with champagne cascading roses. For this design we recommend a maximum of 70 portions. Displayed is a 60 portion cake.
This cake is only available with the following options: Mud Cake, Flourless Orange Cake, Sacher Torte, Opera, Fruit Cake.

Cake 3.
Cakes are decorated with a white chocolate sash and ribbon around the side with
white chocolate cones on top. This photo displays a three tiered cake, each separate
on a swan stand and serves 80 portions. For this design we recommend a minimum of
50 portions. Prices vary between $5.40 and $7.00 per portion.
Ribbon priced seperately. Bond of $100 for the stand. To order.
Cake 4.
Cakes are decorated with white chocolate sash and ribbon around the side, and white
chocolate cones on top. This photo displays a 2 tiered cake, each separate on a
two-tiered stand and serves 40 portions. For this design we recommend a minimum
of 30 portions. Prices vary between $5.40 and $7.00 per portion.

Cake 6.
Cake is decorated with white rectangular chocolate pieces around the side with chocolate cones on top tier. Fresh roses have been placed on top and cascading down the tiers with a ribbon and bow on bottom tier. This photo displays a 3 tiered cake and serves 80 portions. For this design we recommend a minimum of 60 portions. $7.00 per portion.

Cake 7.
This cake displays one single triple tier comprising with the maximum size of 45 portions. Minimum size of 30 portions. It carries an arrangement of Talea, cool water, Bianca, and Citran roses, and finished in a paletted white chocolate. Cake is priced at $7.00 per portion. To order.

Cake 9.
This cake is called the 'croquembouche' and is made of profiteroles stacked into a tall pyramid, filled with zabaione cream and finished with a crunchy toffee. This tower of profitorles is finished with strawberries around base and is available with or without the spun sugar (available only upon request). Prices vary between $5.40 and $7.00 per portion.
Cone is required for 60 portions and above.
